Since November 1, 2025, anliegen.kamp-lintfort.de is live – another municipality in Germany's Lower Rhine region using Mark-a-Spot for their issue reporter.

Citizens describe their issue in free text. The system automatically suggests the appropriate category – fewer barriers for users, fewer misclassifications for the administration.
Open311 API
As with all Mark-a-Spot installations, a standards-compliant interface is available. Reports can be integrated into specialized systems or linked with external services.
Nuxt 4 Frontend
Responsive, fast, accessible. Reports directly from your smartphone with photo and GPS – no app installation required.
From Political Demand to Implementation
In summer 2025, the CDU faction publicly demanded a digital issue reporter for Kamp-Lintfort. With the launch on November 1st, this demand has become reality – an example of how quickly modern citizen services can be implemented when administration and politics work together.
